FSAG processes your personal data:
• when you report your interest in booking a guide.
• when you contact us by email and you provide your contact details.

We record contact details such as name, phone number and email address.

The personal data you provide to us is stored in our system and used for the purposes for which
they are intended.
6. Disclosure of personal data
FSAG shares your personal data only with the guide who reports his interest in carrying out the
assignment you left in your request.
7. How long are the data stored?
We only keep your personal data as long as it is necessary for us to fulfil our commitment and as
long as the law requires it.
8. Corrections and record excerpts
You have the right to know what personal data we have stored about you. If you detect
incorrect personal information about you, you can request that they be corrected or removed.
